Coming up in July 2019, Singfest presents a new Bach im Theater production, Markus-Passion (BWV 247)^, another classical choral theatre production combines early music, solo and choral music, movement and theatre elements to present Bach’s music and the Passion of Jesus in a new and theatrical way.

SingFest is proactive in promoting choral music through the highest quality of performances. We strive to present the finest productions, not only are we pursuing artistic standards in musical aspects but a broader theatrical context. We believe innovation is the key to keeping classical choral arts alive.

沒有陳情、沒有反抗，他一步步踏上受難之路。
面對一個沒有罪的人被出賣、被治罪、被處死，眾人又有何反應？

全新巴赫劇場製作－《聖馬可受難曲》 (BWV 247)，以古典合唱劇場形式，結合古樂、獨唱、合唱、形體及劇場，把巴赫的音樂與耶穌受難的事蹟重現劇場。是次演出將演繹由霍爾斯重新整理及現場指揮的巴赫《聖馬可受難曲》，也是此版本首演於香港劇場！

聲蜚合唱節致力推廣本地古典合唱音樂，一方面把高質素的音樂完美呈現，另一方面把劇場元素融入演出之中，為觀眾帶來耳目一新的體驗。
